Change and Cancellation policies

If you wish to change or cancel your tour reservation made online, you must contact TE DMC at giannina@te.cr no later than April 25th, 2019 Any changes or cancellations after this date will be charged at 100%.

Please consider that if you cancel your activity after paying, there is charge fee for the refund.

Please note that if we don’t reach to the minimum participants required for the tours, a possible increment on the cost or reschedule of the reservation should be considered.

  • Maximum weight for canopy activity: 250 pounds.
  • Please arrange towels directly with the hotel penalty fee applies if towel is lost.
  • Groups of 21 or more participants will be divided into two groups for the on site activities.
