Discover the magnificent beauty of the world famous Rincón de la Vieja Volcano National Park Cross rivers, and hills on the way to the park, and enjoy beautiful views all the way Upon arrival to the Park participants will have three options, to take the trail to the Main Crater, the trail “Las Pailas or the famous “Volcancito” (small volcano) trail There are also possibilities to visit one of the splendid waterfalls such as Laguna Azul (Blue Lagoon).
This National Park protects important watersheds, since the Rincón de la Vieja massif forms part of the watershed, between the Caribbean and Pacific, in the northwestern part of the country Here are born 32 rivers, like the Colorado, Blanco and Drowned At the same time, the largest population in the wild is protected from the purple guava (national flower of our country) It also adds to the importance of protecting the volcanic activity characteristic of the area and its geological attractions.
Change and Cancellation policies
If you wish to change or cancel your tour reservation made online, you must contact TE DMC at giannina@te.cr no later than April 25th, 2019 Any changes or cancellations after this date will be charged at 100%.
Please consider that if you cancel your activity after paying, there is charge fee for the refund.
Please note that if we don’t reach to the minimum participants required for the tours, a possible increment on the cost or reschedule of the reservation should be considered.
